You might have noticed that our logo is a pathway to a home. This logo represents the hundreds of patients whom we care for everyday. Some of them in apartments, assisted living facilities, homes, condominiums, temporary housing, and some even live in their cars or shelters. It does not matter what type of structure a patient may live in, they all have doors, and that is what makes it a home. Our staff enters these homes every day to care for patients and loved ones. Conversely, our door at the agency is always open to anyone in need of help, surpport, or guidance.
We have helped and will continue to help individuals in our community from the very young to the very old for over 10 years. Our goal is to assist those in gaining dignity and self-respect while promoting independence. Our goal is to provide quality and compassionate care regardless of the cost.
